Plaintiff Employment & Class Actions (Washington Licensed)

We are an expanding plaintiffs’ law firm seeking an Associate Attorney (1+ years experience) licensed to practice in Washington with an interest in employment and class action litigation.

This is an opportunity to work on impactful cases involving wage-and-hour violations and other employment-related matters, while gaining hands-on experience in all phases of litigation.

Responsibilities:

• Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery
• Assist with case strategy and legal research
• Support development of class and representative actions
• Work closely with senior attorneys on active litigation

Qualifications:

• Active Washington State Bar license
• Minimum 1 year of legal experience
• Strong writing and analytical skills
• Interest in plaintiff-side employment or class action work
